  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; mix until smooth.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown; cool on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a nuttier flavor, add chopped nuts. Consider using dark chocolate chips for a richer taste.
