A delightful dessert featuring roasted pears, creamy goat cheese, and a sweet maple walnut drizzle.

- 2 Pears
- 4 oz Goat cheese
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Begin by slicing the pears in half and removing the cores.
- Drizzle the inside of the pears with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the pears cut-side up on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- While the pears are roasting, combine the walnuts and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove the pears from the oven, top each half with goat cheese, and drizzle the warm maple walnut mixture over them.
- Serve warm and enjoy this luscious dessert.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or incorporate into a cheese board for a beautiful appetizer.
