Description

A delicious and tender Ribeye Steak, perfect for grilling or pan-searing, packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye steaks
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
  3. Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add olive oil to the pan or grill. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and herbs if using.
  6. Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve and enjoy your perfectly cooked Ribeye Steak!
