Delicious and healthy yogurt pops made with Greek yogurt and fresh mixed berries, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your refreshing yogurt pops!
Notes
Store the pops in the freezer for best results and wrap them to prevent freezer burn.
