Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before scooping.
Notes
Serve in chilled bowls or glasses, garnished with mint leaves or extra fruit slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
