Description

A refreshing summer slushie combining sweet raspberries, juicy peaches, and a zesty kick of ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and make sure your raspberries are clean, peeling and grating the ginger.
  2. In a blender, combine the raspberries, frozen peaches, grated ginger, and water or coconut water.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Add in the ice and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
  5. Taste the slushie and add honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness if desired, then blend again to mix.
  6. Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately after blending. Optionally garnish with mint leaves or a slice of peach.
