Description
A refreshing summer slushie combining sweet raspberries, juicy peaches, and a zesty kick of ginger.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and make sure your raspberries are clean, peeling and grating the ginger.
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, frozen peaches, grated ginger, and water or coconut water.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
- Add in the ice and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
- Taste the slushie and add honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness if desired, then blend again to mix.
- Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after blending. Optionally garnish with mint leaves or a slice of peach.
