A delightful, refreshing treat perfect for warm days, bursting with fruity goodness and vibrant colors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/2 cup of fruit juice (each color: strawberry, orange, pineapple, blue raspberry, grape)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh fruit (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice with the first fruit juice (e.g., strawberry) and blend until smooth. Pour this layer into a tall cup or glass.
  2. Rinse the blender to avoid mixing colors. Next, pour the orange juice into the blender with ice and blend until smooth. Gently pour it over the back of a spoon to create a beautiful layer on top of the strawberry layer.
  3. Continue this process with the remaining colors: blend the pineapple juice and layer it, followed by the blue raspberry, and finally the grape juice. Each layer should sit gently on top of the last.
  4. Top your colorful slushie with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh fruit slices on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Best enjoyed fresh. If leftovers, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 day.
