Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, take it off the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined, ensuring no lumps remain. Pour the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
