Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine mixed dried fruit, nuts, oats, honey, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the mixture until everything is coated.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, then allow to cool completely on the tray.
