Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the mixture and stir until well coated. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and aromatic.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
For added flavor, you can toast the seeds and almonds before mixing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
