- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Slice the ripe bananas and freeze for a couple of hours until completely frozen.
- In a blender, mix together the frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then transfer to a container and freeze for about 1-2 hours to firm up.
Notes
Serve in bowls or cones with optional garnishes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, best enjoyed within one week.
