A delicious and nutritious dessert that’s creamy, rich, and packed with protein, featuring chocolate and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe bananas and freeze for a couple of hours until completely frozen.
  2. In a blender, mix together the frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then transfer to a container and freeze for about 1-2 hours to firm up.

Notes

Serve in bowls or cones with optional garnishes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, best enjoyed within one week.
