Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the diced potatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chopped onions, mixing them well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, dot with butter, and season with salt and pepper. Add crushed cornflakes on top if desired.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
