- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the diced potatoes, eggs, shredded cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and diced vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the potatoes are tender.
- Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
