- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
