Description

The ultimate comfort food combining pizza flavors with hearty pasta in a cheesy baked casserole.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
