- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup pink frosting
- Sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and coconut flakes.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely, frost with pink frosting, and add sprinkles if desired.
- Cut into bars and serve.
