Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a deep dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate pudding and sprinkle chopped pecans.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the layer.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped topping.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve chilled, cut into squares.
