- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch pan.
- Combine 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter and swirl it in with a knife.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an indulgent touch.
