- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches and walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
