- 2 cups peaches (sliced)
- 2 cups apples (sliced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Toss well and transfer to the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, softened butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit layer in the baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an indulgent treat. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
