Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
