- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

For best results, use fresh breadcrumbs and let the meatloaf rest before slicing.
