- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth and free of lumps.
- Preheat your waffle maker and prepare it with cooking spray if necessary. Pour in the batter and cook for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Carefully remove the waffles and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For best results, preheat your waffle maker and experiment with different wet ingredients. Add dark chocolate chips for extra flavor.
