Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut feta cheese into strips for easy fitting into phyllo.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
- Roll the dough around the feta, tucking in the sides.
- Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with more olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Heat honey and chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat.
- Drizzle spicy honey over baked feta rolls before serving.
