Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut feta cheese into strips for easy fitting into phyllo.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Roll the dough around the feta, tucking in the sides.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with more olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Heat honey and chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat.
