- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Start by crushing the Oreo cookies into small pieces. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, mixing gently until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and layer half of the crushed Oreos at the bottom.
- Pour the strawberry ice cream mixture over the Oreos, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid. Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Allow to soften slightly at room temperature before cutting.
