Delicious and easy-to-make Oreo Cheesecake Bites that combine the rich flavors of cheesecake and crunchy Oreo cookies in bite-sized treats.

- 16 Oreos
- 16 ounces cream cheese; softened (2–8 ounce packages)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup large and small Oreo cookie crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake baking pan with 16 paper liners, placing one Oreo in each liner.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Oreo cookie crumbs until well combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo cookies, filling each liner two-thirds full. Sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until the centers are set. Let cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
