Delightful no-bake Oreo Cake Balls combining Oreos with cream cheese and coated in white chocolate. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

- 24 Oreos
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 10 oz white candy melts (Ghirardelli brand)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Process 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with 4 oz of softened cream cheese until a cohesive mixture forms.
- Roll the mixture into uniform balls (1-inch in diameter) and chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Melt 10 oz of white candy melts in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. If too thick, add up to 2 tbsp of heavy cream.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted white candy melts, allowing excess to drip off and return them to the baking sheet.
- If candy melts thicken, re-melt in 15-second intervals. Chill dipped cake balls for another 15-20 minutes.
- Once set, optionally drizzle with more melted candy or sprinkles. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use a food processor for evenly crushed Oreos. Chilling the cake balls before dipping helps maintain their shape.
