Description

Delightful no-bake Oreo Cake Balls combining Oreos with cream cheese and coated in white chocolate. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 10 oz white candy melts (Ghirardelli brand)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with 4 oz of softened cream cheese until a cohesive mixture forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into uniform balls (1-inch in diameter) and chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt 10 oz of white candy melts in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. If too thick, add up to 2 tbsp of heavy cream.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white candy melts, allowing excess to drip off and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. If candy melts thicken, re-melt in 15-second intervals. Chill dipped cake balls for another 15-20 minutes.
  7. Once set, optionally drizzle with more melted candy or sprinkles. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Use a food processor for evenly crushed Oreos. Chilling the cake balls before dipping helps maintain their shape.
