  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1215 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
  4. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
