- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 12–15 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
