Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the pasta to the pot and pour in the milk, stirring well to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a richer taste, add a splash of white wine with the milk. Substitute half-and-half for a thicker sauce.
