Description

A delightful and easy-to-make dish featuring rich, creamy pasta infused with garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
  3. Pour in the milk and add the cooked pasta back to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic. This dish can be made vegan with plant-based milk and cheese.
