- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
- Pour in the milk and add the cooked pasta back to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic. This dish can be made vegan with plant-based milk and cheese.
