A creamy and delicious olive dip packed with bold flavors, perfect for gatherings or as a tasty snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped black and green olives, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
