Instructions

  1. Preparation: Gather all your ingredients. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mixing: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Cooking: Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly greased with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes
