- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and drop spoonfuls of Nutella on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown around the edges.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling. Serve chilled with extra Nutella or whipped cream.
