Description

Delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and rich chocolate-hazelnut flavor, all wrapped up in easy-to-eat bars.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and drop spoonfuls of Nutella on top.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown around the edges.
  8. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling. Serve chilled with extra Nutella or whipped cream.
