Description

Delicious cookies with a gooey Nutella center, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Scoop out a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and fold the dough around it.
  6. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use room temperature butter for better texture and consider chilling the dough if it’s too soft.
