Description

A delightful treat combining creamy Nutella with fresh strawberries in crispy tortillas, perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • Nutella
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Spread Nutella on one side of each tortilla, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
  3. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the Nutella on one tortilla.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top of the first, with the Nutella side facing down.
  5. Cook the quesadilla in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. You can substitute with bananas or raspberries. For a nut-free version, try cookie butter or caramel spread instead of Nutella.
