Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter to fully incorporate.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Spread Nutella on each crepe and fold or roll. Serve with fresh strawberries or banana slices if desired.
