Irresistible muffins featuring ripe bananas and swirls of creamy Nutella.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter and mix well. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the banana mixture. Gradually mix in the flour until just combined. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter, then add a spoonful of Nutella on top of each muffin. Use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
