Description

Delightful muffins combining creamy Nutella and sweet ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Nutella, for swirling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, stirring until well blended.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt, then gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling halfway and adding Nutella on top.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Don’t over-mix the batter for lighter texture.
