Description

Delightful no-bake brownies made with wholesome ingredients, rich in flavor and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts or almonds
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and nuts. Process until finely chopped and sticky.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Press the brownie mixture into the dish evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
