Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of fresh strawberries, creamy cheese mixture, and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a baking dish, then half of the cream mixture, followed by half of the sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients and top with additional strawberries if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.

Notes

For optimal flavor, let the lasagna chill overnight. Customize with other fruits or toppings as desired.
