Description

A delicious and easy no-bake pie with a creamy filling on a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fruit filling or chocolate pudding
  • Fruit or chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form a solid crust.
  2. In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  4. Pour your choice of fruit filling or chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese layer and smooth it out with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Top with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

For an extra crunchy crust, add a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker mixture. This pie is best enjoyed within the first two days for maximum flavor and texture.
