A delicious and easy no-bake pie with a creamy filling on a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fruit filling or chocolate pudding
- Fruit or chocolate shavings for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form a solid crust.
- In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Pour your choice of fruit filling or chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese layer and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For an extra crunchy crust, add a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker mixture. This pie is best enjoyed within the first two days for maximum flavor and texture.
