Description

Delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter oat cups, packed with wholesome ingredients and perfect for quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin cups, pressing it down firmly to pack it in.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, remove the cups from the tin and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ensure to press the mixture firmly for best results.
