- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin cups, pressing it down firmly to pack it in.
- Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove the cups from the tin and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ensure to press the mixture firmly for best results.
