- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Fold in chocolate chips to distribute them throughout the mixture.
- Pour in milk and stir until thick and sticky.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin cups and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Remove from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For a healthier option, use natural peanut butter. Adjust sweetness by varying the honey. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for two months.
