Delicious and simple treat made with peanut butter, honey, and oats, perfect for a quick snack or healthy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips to distribute them throughout the mixture.
  4. Pour in milk and stir until thick and sticky.
  5. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  6. Spoon the mixture into muffin cups and press down firmly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  8. Remove from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a healthier option, use natural peanut butter. Adjust sweetness by varying the honey. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for two months.
