Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and firm to the touch.
- Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Oreo cookies on top for a delightful presentation.
