- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a firm crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Fold gently until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
