Description

Deliciously rich and creamy no-bake mini cheesecakes with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preparation: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  2. Mixing: Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whipping: Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Filling: Spoon the cheesecake filling into the prepared crusts in the mini cups.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve: Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.
