Description

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Make sure the pie sets in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
