Quick and easy no-bake granola bars that are customizable and perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Add in the nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and chocolate chips if using. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Once set, cut into bars and store in an airtight container.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer-lasting freshness.
