Description

Delightful no-bake cookies with a rich blend of coconut and nuts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, and salt. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Then add in the shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs, stirring until everything is well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped nuts until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper, shaping them into cookies. Allow the cookies to cool and set at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can also be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
