Description

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake topped with sweet cherry pie filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until it’s set.
  6. Once set, top with cherry pie filling before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the crust for 15-20 minutes before adding the filling. Serve chilled for optimal texture.
