Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Spoon cherry pie filling over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
