Description

A delightful dessert that combines the classic flavors of apple pie with creamy cheesecake, all in a simple no-bake recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Caramel sauce, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture over the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. In a skillet, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cook until apples are tender, about 5-7 minutes, then let cool.
  6. Top the set cheesecake with cooked apples and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled; works wonderfully as a dessert after autumn meals. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
